All live Mantis orders have a Live on Arrival guarantee.
So in the unfortunate event that one of your Cheeky Mantis don’t make it to you alive, I will either offer you a refund for the cost of the mantis (postage not included) or send out a replacement. In the event I have no more of that species in stock then we can negotiate another species of the same value or offer a cash refund for the value of the mantis.
Delivery cannot be refunded.
Photographs of the deceased or unwell mantis will be needed as proof.
Any changes to your orders address by the customer after dispatch will null my Live Arrival Guarantee.
If you miss Royal Mail's first Special delivery attempt, my Live Arrival Guarantee will be Null and void.
Proof of unwell or deceased mantis MUST be provided within 24hours of your mantis arriving at your home. Any deaths or illness outside of this window is beyond my control. Please do your research before your purchase your mantis and be sure to read the care-sheets provided on each listing.
